Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer

Last updated October 26, 2026

ARES Fitness provides general fitness, exercise and nutrition information and personal tracking tools. It is not a medical provider and does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

1. Your individual circumstances

Fitness ability, recovery, nutritional needs and responses to training differ. A plan suitable for one person may be unsuitable for you. Consider your experience, injuries, physical limitations, existing medical conditions, medications and other circumstances before changing exercise or diet.

Seek advice from a qualified professional when you have a medical condition, are recovering from injury, have special dietary needs or are unsure whether an activity or recommendation is safe for you.

2. Exercise safely

Choose appropriate loads, technique and progression for your ability. Do not train through concerning symptoms. Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, severe pain or other concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate professional care. For a possible medical emergency, contact local emergency services rather than relying on the app.

3. Nutrition and AI estimates

Food databases, serving conversions, photo-based nutrition estimates and AI-generated recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify quantities and relevant product information. AI may miss important context, invent details or suggest inappropriate exercises, diets or targets.

Do not use app estimates as a substitute for clinical nutrition advice, allergy verification or treatment of a health condition. Review outputs before acting and seek professional guidance when needed.

4. No guaranteed results

ARES does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, performance improvements or any other fitness outcome. Progress summaries describe the records available to the app; incomplete logs and limited history can produce incomplete conclusions. These statements do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
