ARES Fitness

Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms govern use of ARES Fitness. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Subscription & Billing Terms and Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer. Contact aresfitnesssupport@gmail.com with questions.

1. Eligibility and your account

Use ARES only if you can lawfully use the service and enter into these terms. If you are not legally able to do so independently, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where permitted by applicable law. Do not use the service where your use would be unlawful.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize on your account. Do not impersonate others or use an account you do not control.

2. Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against others; publish unlawful, sexually exploitative or clearly inappropriate content; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; spam; or submit misleading reports. Do not upload material you lack permission to share.

Do not attempt to access another person’s private records, bypass access or purchase verification, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code or misuse automated requests. Use reporting controls or support to raise safety concerns.

3. Your content and social features

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant ARES permission to store, process, display and share it as needed to provide the features you choose, including displaying a post to its intended audience and processing content for moderation or requested AI features. This permission is for operating the service and does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of your posts. Privacy settings control supported visibility rules but do not make discoverable identity fields anonymous or prevent recipients from retaining content they have already seen. Content may be blocked, held for review or removed through moderation processes.

4. ARES branding and service materials

ARES branding, logos and app materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Using the app does not give you ownership of ARES branding or a right to represent yourself as ARES. Third-party materials and data remain subject to their owners’ rights.

5. Fitness, nutrition and AI limitations

ARES provides general information and tracking tools, not professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI output and nutrition estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review recommendations and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Do not rely on ARES for emergencies or decisions requiring professional care. Fitness, weight or performance outcomes are not guaranteed. See the Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer for additional safety information.

6. Subscriptions and third-party services

Any available paid plan is subject to its displayed purchase offer and the Subscription & Billing Terms. Apple manages App Store billing and cancellation. Account deletion is a separate action and does not itself cancel recurring billing.

Connected authentication, food-data, AI and purchase services have their own applicable terms. ARES cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.

7. Availability, changes and account restrictions

Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, failures or changes in connected services. Do not rely on uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms can be communicated in the app or through available account contact information; the displayed revision date identifies this version.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety concerns or legal requirements. Such action does not replace the applicable purchase platform’s cancellation or refund process. You may stop using ARES and request account deletion through Settings or support.

8. Disclaimers and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARES is provided as available without a promise that every result will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether general exercise and nutrition information is appropriate for you.

To the extent applicable law allows, ARES is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights or prevents remedies required by applicable law. These terms do not select a governing jurisdiction or override mandatory local law.
