ARES Fitness
Subscription & Billing Terms
Last updated October 26, 2026
ARES has a native Apple/RevenueCat subscription integration under preparation. Purchases and restores are unavailable in the web app. Native purchase availability, Apple products and introductory offers require final verification before launch; these intended plans are not an offer of a currently verified App Store purchase.
1. Intended plans and features
Basic includes Home/social, workout and PR posts, likes, saves, search, follows, profiles, standard account settings, Train and the workout library, workout creation and management, AI workout generation, workout logging and Timer. Premium adds AI Coach, Fuel and nutrition tools including food scanning and saved meals, Progress and weight analytics, and meal posting.
Basic monthly: intended US price $7.99 per month.
Basic annual: intended US price $59.99 per year.
Premium monthly: intended US price $12.99 per month.
Premium annual: intended US price $89.99 per year.
Apple’s localized offer, currency, applicable taxes and confirmed purchase sheet govern an actual purchase. Displaying an intended US price or feature tier does not mean billing or paid restrictions are enabled.
2. Introductory trials and billing start
ARES intends a 14-day free introductory trial for Basic monthly and Premium monthly plans only, where an actual Apple offer is configured and the customer is eligible. Configuration and availability of these offers have not been verified in App Store Connect or through a native purchase. This intended offer is not a promise that a trial is available.
Selecting a monthly plan does not establish trial eligibility. The app displays an eligible trial only after loading a matching store offer and Apple-reported eligibility; Apple’s actual purchase sheet determines whether you receive an offer, its duration, billing start and subsequent price. Review it before confirming a purchase.
If Apple confirms a free trial, billing begins at the end of that trial unless canceled under Apple’s terms. Without an eligible trial, billing begins on purchase confirmation. Basic annual and Premium annual plans have no free trial and are billed upfront for the year.
3. Recurring charges and renewal
An available monthly or annual subscription is recurring, not a one-time purchase. Unless canceled under Apple’s terms, it renews for the applicable period at the price confirmed by the purchase platform. Check the purchase sheet for the recurring amount, trial conversion, renewal period and cancellation conditions before confirming.
Apple handles payment authorization, collection and any platform-required notices of price changes. An app-displayed current storefront price is not a verified statement of your next renewal charge.
4. Cancellation and expiration
For an App Store subscription, review or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings. Cancel before the renewal or trial deadline Apple specifies to avoid a further charge; merely opening subscription settings does not confirm cancellation.
Turning off renewal ordinarily leaves access through the verified expiration of the current paid or eligible trial period, subject to Apple’s reported status. Expiration or revocation may end paid-feature access when restrictions are enabled, but does not automatically delete your account or saved records.
Deleting an ARES account, submitting a deletion request or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel with Apple separately.
5. Restore and subscription status
The native integration includes Restore Purchases followed by server verification for the signed-in ARES account. It has not been verified through a complete native purchase/restore lifecycle, so this page does not guarantee restoration is operational. The web app cannot perform Apple purchases or restores.
A restore attempt or a device-reported purchase alone does not grant access without trusted verification. Use the ARES account associated with your purchase. Contact support if account association or verification fails; do not assume a purchase can be transferred to another account.
6. Refunds, billing support and contact
Apple handles App Store refund requests and payment disputes under its applicable rules and consumer law. ARES cannot promise a refund, decide Apple’s eligibility rules or cancel Apple billing by deleting an account. Use Apple’s official refund and subscription support channels for those requests.
For ARES plan-display, account-association or verification questions, contact aresfitnesssupport@gmail.com. Include the issue and the platform used, but do not send payment-card information, passwords or private credentials.
